Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
8. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver only within South Africa.
Delivery normally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your delivery location.
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Returns & Refunds
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- The request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
